I finally got around to creating a recipe for oatmeal raisin cookies. Here it is, enjoy.
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix butter and sugar at medium speed until pasty. Add egg and vanilla, mix together at medium speed until creamy. Stir in cinnamon, baking soda, salt, flour, and oats. Add raisins and nuts. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls about 2” apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 11 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from baking sheet. Yields approximately 24 cookies. Enjoy!
I live in high altitude so this recipe has been adjusted accordingly. If you try it and they don’t seem right, try reducing the flour a little or adding a little more butter (coconut oil works great too).
“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.”

I’ve been using vector graphics software for a long time to create vector artwork. Programs like Freehand, Fireworks and of course Illustrator. Today I came across a free online tool that is pretty sweet. It’s called Method Draw. If you do any kind of vector art, especially for the web go check it out.
