About Joe (Joseph) Billman

My name is Joe Billman. I am a Software Engineer/Graphic Designer. I specialize in Adobe Flash and Flex. I am an Adobe Certified Expert in Flash and absolutely love everything Flash. I have been using Flash since 2004. I also have extensive experience with all of the other programs in Adobe's Master Collection. When I am not programming I enjoy doing web design and all types of multimedia projects. I currently live in Northern Utah, USA where I work as a software engineer. I also work as a freelance developer and designer. I have done all types of projects from websites to mobile apps and from educational games to industry software.
